Curriculum Vitae
Dimitris Kapetanakis, Dermatologist and Venereologist, studied at the «Pitie - Salpetriere» Hospital of The Paris University and completed his studies in 1987 at the University of Athens. He was certified as Dermatologist and Venereologist in «Α. Syggros» Hospital of the University of Athens.
In 2003-2005, he served as a scientific associate of the «Α. Syggros» Hospital and therefore he is working in the private field.
He took part in the educational programs of the Medical School of Athens.
He was awarded with the First Award of the Scientific Dermatological Photography (Dermatologist Company Conference - March 1996), as well as with the First Award of the Best Poster at the 7th Panhellenic Dermatologist Conference (June 1999).
He took part in many conferences, held in Greece and abroad.
He wrote part of the book «VENEREOLOGY» of I. Stratigos.
He taught in the Hellenic Company of Skin-Surgery.
